As Vice President of NAI Mertz’s Retail Division, Marc Cutler brings with him extensive experience in development, brokerage and appraisal. Prior to joining NAI Mertz, Marc was a home and land developer in Southern New Jersey. His family has been in real estate developing in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania since the 1940’s.

From 2001-2006, Marc was Director of the NAI Retail Council for the Northeast 11 states. He currently is a member of the Retail Council of NAI and attends numerous trade shows, specifically the ICSC Dealmakers yearly in Philadelphia, Boston, Washington , New York and Las Vegas representing NAI and NAI Mertz.

Marc has participated to numerous sales and leases of non profit schools and churches. In November of 2005, he sold the King's Christian School, a 12,500 sf private school in Haddon Heights, New Jersey to Brookfield Academy. Prior to this sale, the Kings Christian School purchased a 100,000 square foot building in Cherry Hill for their new headquarters. In addition, Marc moved the Solid Rock Church to their present location in Clementon, New Jersey, a 19,000 square foot property that they leased.

Marc specializes in Retail Leasing of shopping centers and site selection for national and regional companies looking to expand into Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
