Maryann Franken is a Broker Associate and Senior Vice President of the Office Division. She joined the firm in February 1988, and brought with her over 13 years of marketing and sales experience.

Maryann has been recognized in the field as one of the top office brokers by the TriState Real Esate Journal. She has lease and sale transactions grossing over $125 million, and has received awards from Brandywine Realty Trust, Bell Atlantic Properties, Matrix Developers and Whitesell Developers. Maryann was also named among the Top Ten Brokers of 2003 by the NJ/PA Real Estate Journal.
