Alan Good is in the Industrial Division at NAI Mertz and has over 40 years experience in site acquisition, development, leasing, sales and management of industrial and office properties.

Alan has been honored by Whitesell Enterprises and was selected by Rouse and Associates several years ago as Broker of the Year. In 2007, Alan was the recipient of the Broker All-Stars award, presented by Real Estate New Jersey Magazine. He was named Broker of the Year in 2003 by ProLogis, a leading provider of distribution facilities and services in North America, Europe and Asia. He was project manager for Pitcarin Properties before joining NAI Mertz.
