In 1986, Jeffrey entered the real estate industry with Strouse Greenberg & Co., Inc. after three successive years in MCI’s Inner Circle of Sales Excellence and upon graduation from the Pennsylvania State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.  Jeffrey was honored as one of the Rookie Sales Leaders of the Year in 1987 by the Philadelphia Board of Realtors and was Strouse Greenberg’s largest dollar producer for 1989 and 1993. He is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and as a broker salesperson in New Jersey.  In 1991, Jeffrey was promoted to Director of Strouse Greenberg’s Southern New Jersey Division.

Jeffrey joined NAI Mertz Corporation in mid May, 1994 to become sales manager of NAI Mertz’s Philadelphia branch office. He now acts as sales manager for the Wilkes-Barre office as well.  In 1995 Jeffrey attained membership into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  Currently, Jeffrey is the Chairperson for the NAI Global Industrial Council and a NAI Global Board Member.  He is also a member of the NAI Gold Club ($1,000,000.00 worth of transactions within NAI Network), NAI CREST (Corporate Real Estate Services Team) and the NAI Industrial Leadership Council.  He was listed among the Top Brokers in 2004, 2005, 2006 and was also recently named as one of Realshare’s NJ/PA Broker All-Stars of 2007. Jeff brings with him a working relationship with such companies as Chrysler Corporation, Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S.A., Sealy Mattress, Spencer Gifts, Sysco Foods and Devon Self Storage.

Jeffrey is also very active in the community.  He holds Board and/or active positions in B’nai B’rith, The Abramson Center for Jewish Elderly, and is a Board Member of Beta Sigma Beta Fraternity at Penn State University.  Jeff is also part of the Huntingdon Valley Activities Association where he has coached girls’ softball, basketball and soccer and boys’ soccer, basketball and still coaches baseball.
