Dave is a Sales Associate in the NAI Mertz of Pennsylvania office. Prior to his affiliation with NAI Mertz, Dave was the COO and Executive Vice President of a large, privately held footwear manufacturing company which had locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Georgia and the Dominican Republic, totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. He was responsible for both the domestic and offshore manufacturing operations and had oversight responsibilities for the company’s shipping line and stevedoring operations.

Previous to that, Dave was the Vice President of Human Resources for the same company with responsibility for over 1,800 employees in thirteen (13) manufacturing facilities both domestic and foreign.
