NAI MERTZ, REALTOR, has announced a lease transaction for the relocation of the corporate headquarters of InTest Corporation. Scott Mertz, SIOR, Principal, assisted in negotiations for the 54,900 +/- sf lease of office/ manufacturing space in the Exeter Building, 804 East Gate Drive, Mt. Laurel, Burlington County, NJ. According to Mertz, Exeter Property Group is the building owner, and they will be converting the property to a Class A high tech manufacturing building including 11,000 sf of office space. They will be dropping the ceilings and fully air-conditioning the facility with major façade renovations. This is a 10 year lease .

InTEST Corporation is an independent designer, manufacturer and marketer of ATE interface solutions and temperature management products, which are used by semiconductor manufacturers to perform final testing of integrated circuits (IVs) and wafers. InTest has strong relationships with semiconductor manufacturers globally, which it supports through a network of local offices. It was founded in 1981 in Cherry Hill, NJ.

The second lease was 34,178 sf located at 708 Fellowship Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ, in Burlington County. The tenant is occupying their new industrial space for the distribution of their products. The lease was negotiated with Alan Good and Scott Mertz who represented the owner.

In the third transaction, Scott Mertz represented KBS Trucking, Inc. at a new lease at 500 Pedricktown Road in the Pureland Industrial Complex in Gloucester County, NJ. KBS Trucking is a third party logistics company that is signing to occupy 30,620 sf in a long term lease.

S. Frankford and Sons, Inc., just leased a 16,300 sf unit at 824 East Gate Drive, Mt. Laurel, NJ. The company states they are the oldest distributor of umbrellas for commercial use in the USA. Scott Mertz, SIOR, represented the tenant .

In the last transaction, Cycle World leased 13,000 from ProLogis at 110 Gaither Drive in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This is a long term lease, where Mr. Mertz represented the tenant. Cycle World is a full service motorcycle retailer serving Southern NJ. This will be used for their distribution center.
